Welcome to Consilium ...
Learning doesn't just stop when you leave school or university; it is a lifelong process which enriches you as a person and can lead to greater opportunities in your work or personal life. And you're never too old to learn! This belief is at the heart of Consilium.
As Henry Ford said...
"Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty"
We aim to help people unlock their potential through learning - whether through formal or informal education. Our programmes provide opportunities to increasing knowledge, skills and a wider experience of other cultures.
Consilium Development and Training (a not-for-profit organisation) & Consilium Education and Training work together to provide opportunities for cultural learning and skills development in the UK and overseas.
The benefits of cultural exchange include...
...improved comunication skills with people from other countries, cultures and backgrounds
...exploring new ideas and working practices
...sharing good practice.
...improve language learning
...boost confidence and self-esteem
...improved adapability and flexibility in new circumstances
...improved employability
